Position : IT Helpdesk Consultant - Asia
Qualifications
- Male / Female
- Age 26 -30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT or related field
- 3 years’ experience in IT Environment in a role of User Support, or in relevant work
Specification Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT or related field
- Excellent command in Thai and English (Spoken, Technical Reading and Writing)
- Experienced in supporting HP Laptop, PC, Printer, Cisco Switches.
- Extensive knowledge in supporting Microsoft Systems, Application, Messaging, Network, Intranet, Extranet, Sun Systems, Property      Management Systems
- Good troubleshooting skill, high level of service mind, and good interpersonal skill
- Ability to work both independently and team work under pressure
Main functions
- Provide IT support to corporate users and hotels on various systems and applications
- Handle installation and maintenance of IT hardware and software
- Handle IT request forms and utilize helpdesk tracking software
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly helpdesk reports
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to users in the corporate offices either directly or through regional helpdesk teams, and provide support to hotels         through hotel IT managers/contacts
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees in the corporate offices using standard hardware, images and software
- Installation, configuration, upgrade, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of computer system and applications under Accor    IT standards.
-Troubleshoot software, hardware and network problems, undertake repairs
- Coordinate with suppliers for repairing hardware.
- Handle all IT request forms
- Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
- Document internal procedures
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Report issues to the Asia IT Team for escalation
- Preparation of Daily/ Monthly / Yearly Reports.
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
- Perform any other duties as designated by immediate supervisor.
